Welcome to Mandaurra ("we," "our," or "us"). Mandaurra is operated by MLFC Limited, a company based in Hong Kong. Mandaurra is a dating platform focused on facilitating real-life connections without endless chat or swiping.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, transfer and otherwise process your information when you use the Mandaurra mobile application ("App") and our website (together the "Services"). By using the App and our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent to such collection and processing.

When you use the Services, we may collect (with your consent where required by applicable law):
- Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, login method, profile photo, contact address, phone number, (where applicable) bank account information and other financial information such billing address, and account registration information (such as your username and password), social logins (if used)
- Profile Data: Lifestyle interest, personal values, dating preferences, age range, city/region, physical characteristics (such as height and body type), education, occupation, relationship status, languages spoken, and biographical or free-text profile descriptions
- Photos you upload
- User-Generated Content: Photos you upload, check-ins, and personal progress
- In-App Activity: Connection activity, chat logs and interactions, purchases, and in-app search queries
- Behavioural Data: Match selection patterns, match history, time-of-day usage, and other interaction patterns derived from your use of the Services
- Support Requests: Messages or attachments you send to customer support
- Communication details and marketing preferences: Details of your interactions with us and any marketing preferences you have indicated
- Referral Data: If you refer or invite others to the Services, we may collect details you provide about those individuals, such as their name, email address, or phone number
- Location Data: Your geographical or device location, where this is enabled on your device
Where required by law, we will indicate whether you must provide any of this information (e.g. with an asterisk). If you do not provide mandatory personal data to us, we may not be able to provide you with the relevant service or correspond with you.

(a) Google Login (Google Identity Services)
If you sign in with Google, you may grant permission for us to receive:
- Your name
- Email address
- Profile picture
We do not receive any other Google data (contacts, files, location, calendars, etc.).
(b) Sign in with Apple
Apple may provide:
- Your name (if you allow)
- Email address (or Apple Private Relay email)
We do not share any information back to Apple beyond authentication or where required by applicable law.
We may also receive information about you from other sources, including identity verification providers, fraud prevention services or marketing partners, and publicly available sources, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data including via data analytics and/or use of AI to:
- Provide the App and services: Create your account, manage your profile, enable interactions, facilitate real-life matches and dates, access in-App features.
- Personalize Your Experience: Suggest challenges, content, or suggestions relevant to your goals.
- Process In-App Purchases: Through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat or other app stores.
- Enhance Safety: Assist in preventing fraud or misuse of the platform, for security and verification purposes, to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions, community guidelines and applicable policies, and to moderate content on the platform
- Age and Identity Verification: To verify your age and identity, including to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement to use the Services
- Improve the App: Analyze performance and improve or enhance features, to aggregate data for statistical purposes, helping us determine user interest in different areas of our Services, improve navigation and content.
- Research and Development: To conduct research, surveys, and product development, including training and improving our AI and machine learning models, algorithms, and matching technology
- Communicate With You: Notifications, reminders, account alerts, operational updates, support responses and to respond to any queries, feedback or complaints, contacting you in relation to any marketing communication preferences, requesting feedback on your use of our services, sending you direct marketing communications, and tailoring our advertising to you
- Business reorganizations: Planning, evaluating, and executing business reorganizations such as mergers, acquisitions, investments, restructurings or asset transfers. This includes disclosing personal data for due diligence, transaction execution, post-transaction integration and other purposes, including to prospective or actual buyers, investors, counterparties and their professional advisers.

- Advertising networks and analytics providers who help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how users interact with the Services
- Identity verification providers who assist with user verification and platform safety

- Push notification service providers who deliver notifications to your device on our behalf

- Authentication protections (Google & Apple Login)
- Regular internal reviews of security practices
However, no system is completely secure.

10. Age Requirement
Mandaura is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If identified, accounts will be deleted.

We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
